“When our hot water stopped working, we were recommended Bear Plumbing and we’re so glad we were. Rob arrived right on time and took the time to thoroughly inspect our water tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained that a full replacement was necessary. A week later, Rob returned to completed the job. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain each step of the prcoess clearly. His work was professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. “Liam came to install a new boiler. He arrived at the time he said he would. He explained everything clearly and made sure to keep me updated as the work was carried out. He cleaned up well after and he did a thorough job. We are really happy with the new boiler and the service we received."
