Liam got in touch, visited us and discussed the issues with care, clarity and attention to detail. He got back to us with a quote and mutually agreeable time. Garey came round to fix our leaking boiler. He found the source of the leak quickly and he went out of his way to make sure he could resolve this issue straightaway. We were very impressed with his work and he was very knowledgeable. But most of all he wanted to ensure we didn't have a huge bill to deal with before Christmas, by fixing it on the same day rather than on a separate visit, and we really appreciated that. From the point of first contact, Michelle was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, providing transparency upfront with costs. She appointed Garey to carry out an inspection of our hot water tap issue and to fix our extra large water butt. He was extremely honest and professional throughout, and did an excellent job.
